The package is a course by Sean Carpenter on government funding for real estate investments.  It appears to cover Hard Financing, Soft Financing, Tax Credits and Section 8 financing.  It delivers the training in video on DVD, audio on CD, and written transcripts.  There are also thick Resource Manuals for each section and bonus CDs on Section 8 and case studies.  The DVD on Section 8 is missing but the same material is covered in audio and writing.  As a bonus, it appears that a previous owner may have attended the class live and took extensive legible notes in the transcript books.  The material is used but in overall good condition.
