Vintage Glass with Swan Handle & Sterling Base Gravy Boat with Sterling Ladle

Description

Vintage Glass Gravy / Sauce Boat with a Swan Handle and Sterling Base.
With the Sterling Ladle.
Possible a Frank M Whiting piece.
No chips or cracks.  Sterling need polished, I only cleaned over markings.  There is a discoloration were the neck touches, see picture.
Ladle meaures 5 inches long and the bowl is 5/8 inch across.
Gravy Sauce Boat is 4 1/4 inches at widest point
